DEADLINES to Know 2014

January 30
Start of tax season.

January 15
State and Federal withholding tax deposits due every month on the 15th.
Quarterly tax estimate due for previous tax year.

January 31
W-2s must be mailed from your employer. Forms 1099 are due from
payers of interest, dividends and other specified types of income.

Payroll Reports W-2's and 1099's are due to Federal and State.

February 28
Deadline to send Social Security W-2's and 1096/1099's forms to IRS.

March 15
Deadline for Corporate Tax Returns.

April 15
Personal Tax Returns/Partnership returns Due

Get an automatic six-month extension to file your return. You can
download Form 4868, Application for Automatic Extension of Time To
File. This form must be postmarked on or before today. With the
extension, your new deadline for filing your return will be October 15.

Extension to file your tax return does not extend payment due! You
will be penalized if you do not pay in full at this time.

Estimated Tax Due

April 30

June 16

July 31
Payroll reports are due to Federal and State.

Sept 15
If you filed an extension for Corporation, your return is due today

Estimated Tax due.

October 15
Final extension due date on personal tax returns.

Payroll Reports due to Federal and State.

event will be due the next business day.
